Nursery: Birth - K

Here's what to expect...

The Nursery is located on the ground floor. The easiest way to get there is by entering the street-level doors on the north side of the building off of 11th St. Once inside, you will go down the ramp. The Frontline Kids check-in area will be on the right. We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to service. One of our Service Coordinators will walk you through registration and show you how to complete check-in on your next visit. Each child will receive an identifying sticker that they will wear and parents will be given a security sticker. After checking your child in, you will be shown to their classroom.

SAFETY

Your child’s safety is our first priority. All of our volunteers are background checked and interviewed before they begin serving with our children. We have security guards posted during each service, and anyone who enters a classroom is required to check in with one of our staff. In the event of a building emergency, you will be notified of when and where it is safe to retrieve your children.

CURRICULUM

We want our kids to know that Jesus is the center of everything! Our curriculum is written by our Frontline Nursery Team and comes from the Jesus Storybook Bible, which points our kids to the centrality of Jesus in Scripture. Our kids participate in a number of activities that engage their senses and activate different learning styles including crafts, songs, and sensory activities. For our full curriculum overview, click here

BABY DEDICATION

We offer baby dedications once a year. While it does not take the place of salvation, dedicating your child before the congregation signifies your intentions to raise your children in the gospel. It is also a way to come alongside parents and caretakers to pray for, bolster, and resource you. Email us to find out when we will hold our next baby dedication.

HOW CAN I SERVE?

Each week, anywhere from 10-15 volunteers invest in the children of Frontline by teaching, leading, and caring for them. We would love for you to join us! Visit the Frontline Kids area before/after a service, or click here to start the first steps in serving.

WORSHIP

Our Worship is fun! We value Gospel-rich songs to help disciple our kids. Our leaders lead our kids in live worship with a combination of hymns and worship songs that are drawn from scripture read in class that day.

TEACHING

We love to partner with you to teach the Bible to your kids! We believe the Bible is the center and chief authority in every believer’s life, whether that believer is old or young. We write our Elementary curriculum with the intention of highlighting the complete and holistic narrative of Scripture, which points to Jesus throughout both the Old and New Testament. We work to promote skills that will allow each young person to explore Scripture for themselves. During our Small Group times, kids will participate in activities that are relevant to their age, learning style, and developmental level to help reinforce the truths learned that day. DISCIPLESHIP

We know that it is Jesus who saves people. Each week, our volunteers spend time praying that the kids of our community will meet Jesus at Frontline Kids. That they will get to know what He says in Scripture and learn how to follow Him. We want kids to value Scripture, prayer, community, and giving, and to learn how each of these are beautiful elements of a life of worship. For all of these reasons, our leaders and volunteers hope to work alongside you to disciple young people who will live on mission to love God, love people, and push back darkness in their world.
